Section 88
Disposition versions
88. The mill residual materials must be stored, treated or landfilled in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter or the provisions of Division 2 of Chapter II or Chapter III of the Regulation respecting the landfilling and incineration of residual materials (chapter Q-2, r. 19) or, to the extent that that Regulation maintains their application, Division IV, V or VII of the Regulation respecting solid waste (chapter Q-2, r. 13), or be reclaimed in accordance with the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q-2).
